My God, I was hoping my review for these things would have same brevity as they do but old habits die hard, I guess. Pixar Popcorn isn't here to teach you any meaningful lessons and it seems odd that these are Disney+ exclusives when they're short enough that they could've easily just been uploaded to YouTube for free on Pixar's channel but, while not exactly worth watching to see if any meaningful updates have occurred in your favourire Pixar worlds, they're harmless, entertaining fluff that deliver exactly what was asked of them. It's understandable the brevity might result in complaints about how these are nowhere near as good as the other more elaborate Pixar shorts and there's the usual preference of some bite-sized segments over others (I liked the Soul and Incredibles shorts but didn't think much of the Toy Story 4 shorts, for instance) but these serve their purpose. The semi-reclined armchair-like seats, the 1920s art deco interior and the lush velvet carpets create an atmosphere that is worlds away from the cinema trips you will remember from. ![]() ![]() They're just amusing minute-long Pixar shorts that allow you to revisit some of your favourite Pixar worlds in a brief amount lf time.
